Q. Does Trophy Limousine provide Airport Service?
A. Yes. Trophy Limousine services all regional airports and FBOs. In fact, Trophy Limousine’s fleet dispatch
center is located only two miles outside of Philadelphia International Airport (PHL), which allows Trophy
to eliminate all garage in/garage out fees for any PHL airport transfers.
Q. Will Trophy Limousine track my flight? When I arrive, where will my chauffeur be waiting?
A. Trophy Limousine reservation staff and chauffeurs use the most advanced, FAA approved, real-time
flight tracking software to manage all incoming and outgoing flight statuses. Chauffeurs are alerted
immediately in the event of any status changes. When you arrive, your chauffeur will greet you with a
name sign in the baggage claim area. Meet and greet procedures vary by airport; you can find detailed
meeting instructions on your reservation confirmation.

A. Yes, all clients are greeted upon entering the baggage claim area by their chauffeur. Trophy’s courteous
chauffeurs will hold a sign with the client’s name, greet and assist with luggage, and then safely direct
