Flat Rate Service Terms and Conditions

If you cannot locate your driver you must call Trophy Limousine at 888-361-7632 or 215-609-4400. To avoid being billed a no show you must not leave your pick up location without communicating with Trophy Limousine. The rates provided above are estimates only. Additional charges for stops, waiting time, parking, two way tolls etc. may apply. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.

Trophy Limousine monitors all commercial flight arrivals and will adjust the pickup time accordingly. Trophy Limousine will grant a 30 minute grace period for domestic flight arrivals, 45 minutes for international flight arrivals, 30 minutes for FBO and private aviation, and 15 minutes for all other transfers. Trophy Limousine does not track trains or private aviation for delays. For commercial flight arrivals the grace period begins when the plane lands on the ground, we greet you, wait for your luggage and leave the terminal. If your chauffeur waits longer than the provided grace period wait time charges will apply.

Wait time charges: After the grace period is over the client will be billed back the initial grace time in addition to any additional time at a rate of $1.00 per minute for sedans, SUVs, and vans and $1.50 per minute for all stretch limousines, stretch SUVs and buses.

Additional stops for flat rate service in route to the final destination are $32.50 for sedans, SUVs, and vans and are $45.50 for stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, and buses. A 15 minute wait time is included on all stops. All stops that are not in route to the final destination will be billed in the office.

Additional Charges: An early am fee of $25.00 will be applied for all trips between 12:00am- 5:00am. A holiday fee of $35.00 will be applied on all of the following holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Cancellation Policy: All cancellations of flat rate service for pickup in the greater Philadelphia region must be made two hours prior to the time of service. All cancellations of flat rate service for pickup outside the greater Philadelphia region must be made six hours prior to the time of service. All cancellations of flat rate service outside the United States must be made 48 hours prior to the scheduled time of service.

No Show Procedures: The full rate for the vehicle ordered plus all out of pocket expenses including but not limited to parking and tolls will be billed if the passenger fails to be at the designated meeting area. Hourly service is calculated from garage to garage unless otherwise stated in this contract. All out of pocket charges, including but not limited to, two way tolls and parking will be added to the bill. Deposits are non-refundable. A 25% non refundable deposit at the time of placing the reservation is required. Overtime is billed in 15 minute increments. Any vehicle downgrades or service postponements are subject to availability and must be made fourteen days prior to date of service or client will be billed in full for the original vehicle and service ordered.

A holiday fee of $35.00 will be applied on all of the following holidays; New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Cancellation Policy: Any hourly sedan or SUV rides you must call Trophy Limousine seven days prior to the reservation. All other vehicles require cancellation fourteen days prior to the reservation date. In the event you do not cancel within the allotted time you will be charged the full rate plus any out of pocket expenses.

Wedding Limousine Service Terms and Conditions

The rates above are estimates only. Additional charges for parking, tolls, overtime etc. may apply. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.

A 25% non refundable deposit at the time of placing the reservation is required. The full balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to the date of service. Client assumes full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime, gratuity, and damage fees. Client authorizes charges to credit card, with/without imprint. Balance of charter is due in full if cancelled within 30 days of charter. Any vehicle downgrades or service postponements are subject to availability and must be made 30 days prior to date of service or client will be billed in full for the original vehicle and service ordered. If the charter goes over the scheduled time, additional time will be billed in 30 minute increments according to the vehicle size ordered. Wedding limousine service is based on a three hour minimum charter. Overtime on a charter is subject to availability.

Prom Limousine Service Terms and Conditions

The rates provided above are estimates only. Additional charges for parking, tolls, overtime, damages etc. may apply. Final charges for the trip are determined upon ride completion.

A 25% non refundable deposit at the time of placing the reservation is required. The full balance of the reservation is due 30 days prior to the date of service. Client assumes full financial responsibilities for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime, gratuity and damage fees. Client authorizes charges to credit card, with/without imprint. Balance of charter is due in full if cancelled within 30 days of charter. Any vehicle downgrades or service postponements are subject to availability and must be made 30 days prior to date of service or client will be billed in full for the original vehicle and service ordered. If the charter goes over the scheduled time, additional time will be billed in 30 minute increments according to the vehicle size ordered. Each passenger must have a signed parental authorization form which will be provided by Trophy Limousine. Passengers without a signed parental authorization form will be unable to enter the vehicle. Prom limousine service is based on a six hour minimum charter. Overtime on a charter it is subject to availability.

Liability Agreement

Customer agrees to return Company’s vehicle in the same condition as when received, and to use said vehicle at all times in a proper, prudent and reasonable manner. Smoking is prohibited in all Trophy Limousine vehicle under all circumstances. Customer agrees that company shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether Customer is Liable for any items of damage or defacement.

Trophy Limousine is not liable for delays beyond its control, and therefore, cannot guarantee arrival or departure from any location at a specific time. However, Trophy Limousine will endeavor to maintain the schedule submitted by its client. Trophy Limousine reserves the right to refuse to transport any person(s) under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, or who, in the opinion of the Trophy Limousine employee, are incapable of caring for themselves. Trophy Limousines vehicle will be furnished in a clean undamaged condition. Client is fully responsible for maintaining the passenger compartment and all of its features and equipment in the same condition, and client will be fully responsible for reasonable cost incurred for cleaning and/or repair of damage therein. Trophy Limousine assumes no responsibility for any personal property transported, or left in the vehicle. If payments for service or for cleaning and/or repairs are not timely made, client shall be responsible for all legal fees, court costs, and collection charges incurred by Trophy Limousine as a result thereof. The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to vehicle and properties caused by client or guest whether by accident, neglect, or intent. We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles. Driver may refuse or terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle. Driver is not responsible for illegal acts during rental. We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an “Act of God”. We reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.
